Double room available in lovely 3 bedroom house

Hello! We will have a room available from late September in our lovely 3 bedroom, 3 storey house in Grangetown. I am moving out and am looking for someone to replace me. My two lovely housemates are 37 years old, female, occupational therapist. The other housemate is 34 years old, male, psychiatrist. It is a sociable household but also both have quite busy jobs. We also have a persian cat who is old and very friendly. The house has on street parking, a garden, and there is lots of communal space -we have a living room upstairs and a dining room (separate from the kitchen) on ground floor. We also have a large basement with loads of storage space. The bedroom can come with the furniture pictured (wardrobe and double bed). Also has a built in cupboard and lots of shelves for storage space :)
