The house is modern and has recently been renovated to a very high standard. With the room featuring two big windows for lots of natural light as well as USB plug sockets.
There is a spacious kitchen dinner with a large American style fridge / freezer, a stunning bathroom with a rainfall shower and freestanding bath tub, a shared living room, upstairs toilet and a large patioed garden.
The rent also includes a cleaner who comes once a week to clean communal areas.
It is located on a street with plenty of permitted and non-permitted parking access, with good links to Newport Road. The house is about a 10 minutes walk away from from Queens Street Station, town and very close to local shops.
- The deposit for the property is one months rent (£565) which would be required in advance.
- No agency fees are required as we speak with the landlord directly.
- Bills and Council tax are not included however they have already been set up by the current housemates.
The house is currently occupied by 3 girls in their early / mid twenties as well as a cat (belonging to a housemate!). All are friendly, social and clean with the vacancy only available due to relocation for work.
The landlord for the property lives locally and is great! He is very friendly, quick to reply to messages and offers good advice, as well as resolving issues which may come up.
Some of the furnishing belong to myself however the room will come furnished with the bed frame, the mattress, the blue chair, mirror and some of the baskets in the wardrobe.
