Room in cosy shared house in Splott

I am going traveling for 6 months and looking for someone to take over my room for that time. It’s a large and bright room and there’s a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, a large garden and possibility of an office space upon discussion. You will be sharing the house with my housemate Rory and my cat Pakora. Rory works full time from home and is into tennis, food, the outdoors and many other fun stuff. He’s a great person to live with. As Pakora is quite territorial, no pets are allowed. We are looking for someone clean and considerate who will treat this place as a home. The rent includes all bills, including council tax, but students are welcome to enquirer if that’s not an issue.
