Home for two to share - need help buddying up?

Please read this add right to the end!

I’m the owner of the property and it has recently been for sale. The sale has fallen though so I’m looking to let it for at least the next 6 months while I figure out what to do next.

I’m a registered licensed local landlord with a long standing family run property business and very experienced in finding suitable tenants for my properties. I let to students, professionals and families.

I’m keen to find 2 people to rent this house on a joint tenancy basis.
It’s ideal for two friends but….
I’m prepared, happy even to take the time to help you buddy up - so please contact me if you are a sole applicant.

The house:
The rent is £1100 per month - on a joint basis shared between two.
No bills are included.
Bills are reasonable, the house is quite energy efficient, and is mid terrace - very sunny at the front!
There are two equally spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath upstairs.
Downstairs has two reception rooms and the kitchen.
There’s a nice sunny garden.
No photos yet as there’s no furniture (it was emptied for the sale)

If you want to view this week we can be ready to move in by Friday 26th September.
You’ll need to have all your references, proof of income/student status and ID documents ready pretty quickly!
Note that this is not being let by the room, we’d need two people to share this house and move in on the same day.
Also note that this house is for a maximum of two people to share.
