En-suite Room at Clodien House (Unite Students)

This is a en-suite room at Clodien House in Cardiff. As per Clodien House, this room is strictly for long-term students.

The room is within a flat of 6 rooms with a shared kitchen but the room is all good and comes with a official agreement with Unite Students.

44 week contract
£175 per week
£7700 for 44 weeks

NOTE:- I'm not adding any additional costs of mine, it's the same cost I booked mine for. Proven by Tenancy Agreement.

The room and the flat is perfectly fine and maintained by a well known student halls provider, Unite Students. I also have booked with them officially and just need someone to take my room.
