Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over a tenancy in our house. It’s a 4 bedroom house. Our 3 current housemates are a group of Undergraduate students (all girls) studying a mix of courses. The house is a 2 bathroom, 4 bedrooms & has a small spare room as well. It is located on Australia Road in Heath/Gabalfa area.
The Rent is £450 per month and bills are £112.93 per month. The house is managed by Cardiff Student Letting so would have to be a student. The contract runs through until June 2026. We’re looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Please message me if you or anyone else you might know are interested.
The house is a 20 minute walk to Cardiff University's main campus & a 15 min walk to Heath Hospital Campus.
