I am seeking a replacement student to occupy my booked room at Vita Accommodation in Park Place, Cardiff, Wales, as I will be unable to attend university this year. I have not stayed in that room yet, so it remains in good condition as new. The room is a Classic 18 SQM in size and is located on the 1st floor. It is available for the academic year of 2025-26. Standard features include a desk, a desk chair, a double bed, an ensuite bathroom - shower, a mirror, a sink and a toilet, a kitchen - microwave, an oven, a hob, a sink and a fridge-freezer, a mirror, an opening window, a smart TV, a wardrobe and a bin. The building also provides other amenities such as a built-in, well-equipped gym, study areas, private study areas, laundry room equipped with washers and dryers and also game areas where people could get together and spend time with their friends or make new ones. The management team also hosts weekly events where people can participate and have fun if they do not want to go out on the weekends. The rent for 44 weeks of stay is £12,438 and the living period has already started.
