Tenancy Takeover ASAP - End of June 2026 ‼️
Due to relocating for work, I’ve got a room available in a 6-bedroom house for £475 a month. The house is based just off Whitchurch Road in the desirable area of Africa Gardens - the area is lovely and peaceful, safe and surrounded by greenery. The house is lovely and modern with an outdoor area in the back. There is plenty of free parking available in close proximity or a parking permit available. The house is a 20 minute walk away from UHW, a 30 minute walk from Cardiff University/Cardiff Met main campuses and only a 10 minute walk to Bute park.
The room is a ground floor front facing room which is fully furnished. It has big windows and tall ceilings so is lovely and bright even in winter. The room has been deep cleaned and is cleared ready for move in immediately. In addition to the room, you would have your own upstairs bathroom with a bath and shower.
It’s a house of 4 girls and a boy and a mix of working professionals (physios) and a postgraduate student. It would be preferable to have someone of a similar age (22/23) ☺️
With bills included the monthly expenses are usually around £550/£575 and is council tax band F. The landlord and letting agency are very helpful and quick to respond.
