The current housemates are Emily (she/they), Josh (he/him) Rhys (he/him), Anna (she/her) and Selom (he/they). We are a majority queer, neurodivergent, creative, household and (mostly) veggie, aged 25-29. We enjoy books, films, music and cooking, as well as plenty of time to ourselves :)

The house is located just off Cowbridge Road East near Home Bargains. There is one double room available on the 3rd floor, unfurnished.

We have a spacious but cosy communal living room with sofas, and desks. We’re often freelancing & working from home, and use this room for body doubling/co-working in the daytime. The kitchen has lots of room and a dining table, as well as a utility room and pantry. The bathroom has a shower over bath and a toilet, with an extra toilet room just next door. There’s a garden too!

There is parking outside with a permit and good bus links. It’s about a 20 minute walk into town and easy access into Bute Park too.

No couples or pets, sorry!
