👥 Your Housemate
You’d be sharing with Aled – a 36-year-old professional. He's into music, TV series and he's a big fan of the Beatles. As the joint homeowner, he’s also a hands-on landlord – meaning the house is well looked after, and any maintenance is dealt with quickly.
🤷🏼♂️ About me:
I co-own the house with Aled. We've been best mates for years now, and I’m finally moving away to live with my girlfriend. I will be moving just down the road which means I'll be on hand for any problems. You may see me from time to time, and if you ever fancy joining me and Aled down the Grange pub for a pint then come and join us 🍺
