Hey! We’re 3 housemates (2 girls, 1 guy all of us are 22) looking for someone to join our place on Augusta Street as soon as possible.
• Rent: £543 pcm (including bills that are unlimited (which is super nice for winter)) (council tax band D)
• Tenancy: until June 2026
• For students or professionals (either will need a uk based guarantor)
• Location: ~20-minute walk to main Cardiff uni campus and round the corner from atrium for Cardiff met.
The room is a double bed, fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are all shared. (Pics of the room are from before we moved in there is a desk in there now as well)
we’re sociable, love movie (and reality tv) nights and group meal nights are our thing, plus the occasional night out. Landlord is super chill and responsive as well which is nice :)
