Double Ground Floor Bedroom

Hello! We have a large bedroom available in a shared house with two guys and one girl. All professionals, friendly and easy-going.

Looking for professionals to move in.

We are all quite social and have regular game/movie nights and the odd drink together but we also respect each-others' space and privacy.

We also like to keep the house clean and tidy.

Each of us work fairly standard 9-5 hours.

Please note the room has just been freshly painted. Some pictures of the bedroom are before the paint and you can see the plaster work, the other pictures are how it is just after it was painted.

Other noteworthy mentions:
- 2nd bathroom (toilet/sink/shower) downstairs.
- Numerous kitchen appliances inc. dishwasher & tumble dryer, coffee machine, blender etc.
- Small spare room (we usually dry our clothes in haha).
- Nice garden with BBQ and seating, plus shed and decked area.
- TV (with surround sound), broadband, Netflix & Prime.
- Private landlords who are friendly and laid-back.
- Close to City Centre and shops. 20 minute walk to Queen street station.
- Lidl 5 minutes walk down the road, and Co-op around the corner.

Bills fluctuate depending on the season, but round up to approximately £150 a month, per person.
