Description
Spacious double room in shared house.
nice kitchen, good location, surprisingly quiet street. leaking roof in the hallway (I'm getting it fixed!). THERE'S NO WIFI but if you end up sticking around we can get wifi!
There are roller blackout blinds on both windows.
the catch?
I am a nightmare to live with! my work schedule is wild and there are regular weekday 2am get in's where I have to unload a bunch of kit from the car and there's a good chance you will be woken up, sorry! (It's not all the time, but it'll be once a month at least).
When I'm not out working I'm doing loud rehearsals during business hours, so if you have a regular out of the house job you probably won't hear anything.
Apparently I snore (it's quiet!), sorry in advance.
Also, I'm also super messy and my life is chaos!
Ok, if that hasn't put you off, do you want to come live with me?
I'm a fun loving gal about town, (transgender woman, you gotta be cool with that).
I love to host, so there are all sorts of events at the house.
In the summer I regularly host brunches in the garden, I host a monthly pizza night, and I have an annual Christmas party. You are, of course, invited to everything if you want!
Ideally, you have a job, that you go to during the day so I can work from home, I work in theatre so my work from home can get a little noisy.
I'm quite tricky to live with, so it would probably be a 'Come for a month, see how we go' situation instead of trying to tie it in for a full year right off the bat. would that work with you?
shared kitchen, shelf in the fridge etc. normal stuff, nothing too exciting. I go through long periods of not actually being at home, so you could move in and we could just not see each other for two weeks at a time, It's anyone's guess.
Anyway, please be fun and chill.
My friend suggested I put questions on the bottom of this ad so it's like a reading comprehension:
1) do you have any siblings? are you used to an occasionally loud house?
2)are you gay?
3) Are you veggie or vegan? this is a 'meat as a treat' household so sometimes there's a whole roast chicken in the fridge.
