I am looking for one or two replacements for a pair of outgoing female lodgers.
Newly renovated and quiet house in cul-de-sac. Quiet street feel despite being very central. Bus direct to Cardiff Central/London from end of road. Several great coffee shops and parks within minutes' walk from house. 10 minute walk to UHW, local gym and shops and approx 10 minute drive to M4 for commuters.
The house is kept to an excellent standard, with new appliances throughout. Washer and dryer. X2 bathrooms, both with shower (one configured as wet room, great for watersports enthusiasts)
High-spec kitchen-diner with large hob and generous workspaces. Wall-mounted diner TV.
House is insulated to high spec with full venting throughout to prevent mould and damp.
Comfortable lounge with cinema set-up and fantastic early morning light; great for reading with coffee.
Both rooms available are doubles, a large quiet middle room and a smaller, quiet back room (relecting the lower price).
I am a responsive and easy-going landlord and you'll have run of the house if you treat it as a home :)
We enjoy big BBQs when it's warm enough and sometimes Sunday dinner (participation of course optional)
No preference for male/female, professionals preferred. No smoking or pets sorry. No short term lets.
Very fast WiFi throughout, cheap energy tariff and all electricals very energy efficient to keep bills down.
On-street non-permit parking available. Well-kept garden with tables/chairs.
