We have a large double bedroom available in a completely renovated and furnished 3 bedroom house situated on a desirable Pontcanna street with Ground and Brod at either end of the street along with many other conveniences (pubs, shops, parks etc…) a short walk away. Cardiff city centre is also only a 20 min walk away.

We are looking for a young professional (aged 21-30) to move into the final room. The room has become available due to one housemate moving out and the further two rooms are occupied by two female young professionals (aged 23 and 27).

Rent - £695 incl. all bills (wifi, gas, electricity, water and council tax)
Info - large double room located at the front of the house. The room will come with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

My name is Livvie and I am a primary school teacher working in schools in and around Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. I am a sociable person, who enjoys going to pubs and cafes, going for walks, cooking etc… I would be keen to have housemates who enjoy doing the same things! There may also be occasional visits from 2 small cocker spaniels so liking dogs is important!

Housemate 2:
Hi my name is Gemma, I am 23 years old and work for a mental health charity. When I am not baking in the kitchen, you’ll find me at the gym or at a pilates class or listening to Taylor Swift!
