The other tenants are all professional male aged 25 - 45 so a tenant in that age range would be suitable.

The room is a large room with double bed, wardrobe, chest, desk etc.

The house benefits from two bathrooms, laounge and fully equipped kitchen.

Th eproperty is ten minutes walk from Heath hospital, twenty five minutes from the Universities, directly on bus routes to the centre.

Rent is £420 per month including council tax but excluding other bills - £100 - £120 pm

Private landlord no other fees.

The room is available at the end of October.
