- Single room, with a large wardrobe, desk and great natural light
- Quiet and comfortable as it faces the back of the house

- 5 Rooms total
- Communal lounge is quite small, but we have an Xbox, Wii, and Firestick
- Kitchen has good storage space, fan oven and electric hob
- We usually cook as a group, but if you want to do your own meals there is an entire fridge/freezer for you
- We have a washer and drier
- We have a back gate key, and can get a key for the alley from the council for like £5 or so (useful for cyclists)

- Currently occupied by 4 male friends (aged 22-23): 2 students, 2 professionals
- Friendly, sociable and respectful of personal space
- Tidy

Tenant preferences
- We'd prefer a professional due to council tax, but are happy for a student who can pitch in
- Someone who cleans up after themselves
