Ensuite bedroom in city centre flat

This is a bedroom in a 6 person flat, located in Cardiff city centre. It has a shared kitchen with a washer/dryer. I am an international student who is only here for a single semester and will therefore be moving out during January, and need someone to take over my lease. My lease ends on the 1st of July. The specific move out or move in date is flexible for me, so if there is a date that works best please let me know (I am also open to considering moving out in December). Everyone in the flat are very nice and respectful, they are all students studying a variety of degrees. Due to being an international student I will be leaving a lot of items in the flat, this would include a duvet, pillow, sheets, cutlery, plates and other kitchenware.
