Hi! I'm looking for someone friendly, tidy and responsible to take my lovely room while I’m away visiting home for a few months 🌸

You’ll be sharing this cosy house with two lovely housemates and one charming black cat 🐈‍⬛

🛏️ About the room:
Bright and comfortable room with a double bed (normally sleep for my own, will be cleaned and set up before you move in – or you can use your own bedding if you prefer), the furnitures and most of my personal stuffs will be leaving in the room too.

About the house🏠:
· Separate bathroom and toilet 🧻
· Bathroom has a bathtub 🛁
· Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials, spices and utensils🥣
· Sunny living room that gets light throughout the day when the sun’s out 🌞

📍 Location:
On Albany Road, one of the most convenient areas in Cardiff, within 5 mins’ walk you’ll find:
Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Home Bargains, Iceland, Savers, Post Office, Chinese store, and lots of lovely cafés, restaurants, charity shops and bookshops.
There’s a bus stop right outside with direct routes to the city centre, or you can walk there in just 20 minutes.

✨ Looking for:
Someone clean, sociable but respectful of personal space – ideally for the full 16 weeks.
