Room available to rent in spacious house in the heart of Roath.

We are looking for a tenant to replace me when I move out of the house at the beginning of February 2026.

We are an easy going, laid back house who enjoy going to the pub on the weekend. There are two other boys living in the house who are both working professionals; Connor works as a Mental Health Nurse and Jack is a Camera Operator, Editor & Tech Assistant at Cardiff City football club.

We are a social house and enjoy spending time in the living room watching films or going out for walks.

We're looking for someone who enjoys socialising on the weekend and is easy to get along with.
