Looking for someone to join our house for next yea

We are 3 girls who will all be going into 3rd year next year. We are looking for someone to join our group. We already have the house sorted but need to sign within a week to secure it. 2 girls go to cardiff uni and one goes to cardiff met. 2 of the girls are currently living in the property and would be happy to show you around. Looking for another girl to join our group. The house has two nice sized bathrooms, one with a bath, a large kitchen/dining/living area and a 2nd living room. At the moment one car is confirmed to be at the property next year so there will most likely be a second permit available to buy as well if you have a car. We are studying a mix of sociology, education and chemistry between us but would be more than happy for anyone to move it. All of the bedroom are a good size with lots of storage. The house is in a good location for all universities within cardiff with good access to town and bus routes. We don’t mind what year you will be going into as long as you are a student. The deposit is £575 and bills are currently £86 a month extra per person.
