My current flatmate will be moving out toward the end of January, so I’m looking for someone to move in around the beginning of February 2026.
The flat is bright, spacious, and very well kept. I’ve lived here for over two years with my current flatmate, and it’s been a great home. He’s just moving out to live with his partner. I get along with anyone really, so I’m not fussed about gender . The main thing for me is someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
The room available comes unfurnished, apart from the bed frame, and you’ll have your own private bathroom (my room has an en suite), so we both get plenty of privacy.
At the end of January, the flat is getting new carpets and a full repaint, so it’ll feel fresh and modern when you move in. The rest of the flat is fully furnished, comfortable, and kept very clean, so I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, tidy, and happy to share general household chores.
Rent is £550 per month, and bills usually come to approximately £165 per month (wifi, electric, council tax and water).
The location is excellent. Great transport links to the M4, A48 and A470, close to the city centre, and near Heath Hospital, making it ideal for anyone working nearby.
