Large Room in cathays cardiff for students

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’ll be leaving my Master’s program due to starting a new job. The room is available from January 1st until the end of June, but I’m very happy to arrange an earlier move-in date if needed.

You’ll be living with four lovely housemates (all guys, aged 20–22). They’re friendly, sociable, and keep the place clean. They study a variety of subjects and most are in their final year. They also play volleyball, so it’s a fun and active household!

💷 Rent: £520 per month
📌 Bills: All included – unlimited utilities, WiFi, and a bi-weekly cleaner are all covered in the price.
Parking is also avaliable if required
