Hey! I’m moving out of my lovely room here in Cardiff to move up to Manchester and am looking for someone friendly, tidy and responsible to take over the tenancy with my lovely housemate!🌟

You’ll be sharing this cosy house with one other housemate, who studies at University of South Wales and a very charming kitty called Sunday (please show her lots of love for me!).🐈‍⬛

🛏️About the room:
Bright, spacious and comfortable room that currently has a double bed & mattress I can leave when I move out and a mirror!:,). I’ll ask for a little fee, only because I paid for it myself, but we can discuss that if you’d like me to leave it. However the rest of the room will be unfurnished which means you’ll be able to add your own cosy touch!👩🏼‍🎨

About the house🏠:
· Separate bathroom and toilet 🧻
· Bathroom has a bathtub 🛁
· Fully equipped kitchen 🥣
· Sunny living room that gets light throughout the day when the sun’s out 🌞
· We do have a garden but unfortunately due to Sunday being an indoor cat — you’d need to be super careful if you did want to go out there :,)!

📍 Location:
Just off of Broadway, you’re a 5 minute walk from a Tesco Express as well as (my favourite coffee shop!) & Clifton Street fav: Sparrow! 🪽

Just a 10 minute walk from City Road, a 20 minute walk into the centre of Cardiff and a 15 min walk to Albany Road!
There’s a bus stop at the end of the road or one on Priest Road which will take you straight into the city centre!

🧚‍♂️🌟 Looking for:
Someone who is clean, sociable, responsible and respectful of personal space! Ideally you would be up for staying for 6 months at a minimum, however that can all be discussed with the current housemate :,).
