I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional to rent a bright double room in my well-kept terraced house in Pontcanna. It’s a cosy, homely place with plenty of charm and a great location — close to cafés, parks, and everything you need on your doorstep.

I’m sociable, outdoorsy, and into general exercise. I enjoy a tidy home and want someone who’ll treat the space with the same respect — clean, considerate and happy to share the occasional chat, coffee or glass of wine. I don’t work from home so will be out most days.
