Beautiful room. Lovely, settled community

We are looking for an easy-going, clean and tidy person to join us who will be respectful to the house and all who live here. If you like cooking, gardening and movies so much the better!
You will get a light, airy spacious and fully furnished double bedroom on the ground floor overlooking Victoria Park with a newly refurbished en-suite bathroom. 
On the ground floor there is a lovely, large kitchen/diner and living space. We also have a large garden which is shared with Jenny and Julian next door.
All bills are included. There is wi-fi in the house and all the local amenities and transport links to the city centre you need.
Jasper lives here too, Sophie's fab lurcher. So animal lovers will really fit the bill.
