Master bedroom available in 2 bed flat

Currently looking for someone to move into the master bedroom. I’ve been living here for nearly 7 years, 6 with a flatmate & have been flying solo for the last 9 months but I am not really a fan of living on my own & would like someone else to move in. I’m quite a quiet flatmate, I do occasionally have my friends around for board or video games so if you like things like Jackbox you will get on well with us! I work from home most days as well so if you have a flexible job too it would be nice to have some company some days!

It comes furnished with an en suite & has recently had a fresh coat of paint on the walls & the ceiling (I took the pictures before the paint job so can send some new ones). I’m also in the process of replacing the bed as it had gotten quite old.

The additional costs for bills cover: water, electric, council tax & internet which generally work out at around £500 (I’m in a flexible electric plan so it does fluctuate a little hear & there but nothing major) so you’re looking at around £975 a month for rent & bills. There is no gas bill for the flat.

I’ve got subscriptions to Disney+, Netflix & Prime already set up on the TV for anyone who is interested in those!
