Double room in friendly shared house

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely 3 bed house from January.

The bedroom is on the 3rd floor and comes with a shelving unit (currently inside the wardrobe) and a fitted wardrobe that has lots of space inside. I would be happy to discuss leaving the bed behind too.

The 3rd floor bedroom has a shared bathroom with 1 other tenant. There is also a spare room that can be used for working or if you ever have any guests come to stay.

The house is very chilled and shared with 2 other female health professionals who do a mix of day and night shifts (so NHS staff are preferred please!). We are looking for someone who will treat this place as a home, enjoys a wine or a dinner together of an occasional evening but who also enjoys some time to themselves.

There is tonnes of storage space throughout the house including a pantry. There is also 2 living room spaces and a lovely big kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers shared across the 3 tenants. We also have a dishwasher which is a bonus ☺️

The house has 3 parking spaces and a garage we can use- it’s a really great location for working in UHW or with easy transport links to town (5 min walk to train station or bus stop) and a 5-10 min drive away from the M470.

Aldi is a 30 second walk away, with LIDL really nearby too or Morrisons and Tesco a short drive away. We are also near a GP surgery and surrounded by some very nice neighbours!

We do sometimes have dog friends come to visit so dog lovers are preferable.
