I am currently looking for a new flat mate to join me in a two bed flat just off Albany road in Roath due to my friend moving on.
The flat is spacious and very light, with access to lots of shops near by and a short walk from the city centre.
There is also on street permit parking available and less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop or around 20 minute walk to Cathays train station.
I am relaxed and enjoy cooking, reading, art and walking. As well as the occasional cocktail or pub garden when the weathers nice :)
