Room with double bed in Llandaff North

Hi! 👋🏻 I'm Rachel. I'm 35, and I live with my 3 lovely cats (all friendly and well-behaved). I'm not always in as I sometimes stay with my partner, so you'll have the house to yourself quite a bit, and I may ask you to feed the kitties sometimes :) I have a Guest account on Netflix for you; good internet; a nice bathroom with a bath and separate shower; lovely neighbours; a garden; a desk downstairs if you want to work from home; a loft if you want to store stuff away; a cosy bedroom with a double bed and shelves; cupboard space in the kitchen; a washing machine and clothes horse; and a friendly housemate :) My house is owned by my aunty and I pay her rent every month, so the £550 would be helping me pay for bills, rent, and council tax. The house is in an excellent location for public transport (two different buses to town, plus the train station about 5/10 min walk down the road), plus it's right by Hailey Park and the Taff Trail (you can literally join it at the end of the street!), and Station Road is round the corner with lots of amenities (Lidl, Coop, charity shop, Post Office, pharmacy, docs, petrol station, Greggs, salons, barbers, cafes etc.) Come have a look and see if the room is the right fit for you :)
