A Bronze Studio at Collegiate Eclipse in Cardiff is available for tenancy takeover.

The studio is approximately 15.5–18.5 sqm and includes a private bathroom, private kitchen, small double bed, study desk and chair, TV, personal fridge space, wardrobe, mirror and extensive shelving/storage. Secure electronic key entry is provided.

The building offers a wide range of facilities, including a private cinema, gym and fitness suite, study rooms, party room, karaoke room, dinner party room and an on-site laundry. All bills are included (wifi, electricity, water and heating).

The official rent is £220 per week, paid directly to Collegiate.

This is a fixed-term contract ending on 11 September 2026, and early termination is not possible.
The new tenant must stay until this contract end date.

Please note that, according to Collegiate policy,
check-in and check-out can only take place on Fridays.

Full-time students only (Collegiate requirement).
Move-in date is flexible as long as it aligns with the Friday check-in schedule.
