Double Room to Rent in Canton

Room is available due to current tenant moving away for work.

The room is unfurnished. As the room is smaller, I'm happy for a closet to be used as a wardrobe instead of squeezing one in, which does have a set of drawers in it.

Kitchen comes with all white goods (washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and oven).

Shared bathroom.

There will be no TV/sofa to begin with but happy to discuss splitting costs if you're interested. I'm also happy to own them and let them be used (obviously) but will take them at the end of the tenancy. I will still have a dining table so there is somewhere to sit!

There is a car park and street parking available in the area. There will be a SPAR in the building next door due to open in Jan 26.

The flat is in a quiet and accessible location, with a lot of families in the area. The flat itself is quiet and you can rarely, if ever hear the neighbours.

I work flexible but not unsociable hours - I'm mostly home by 10 at the very latest! I also do vape but I don't smoke and I won't vape in shared spaces.

Pets are welcome as long as they're house trained and not too loud!

All bills are included and will be taken care of by me.
