Student Studio Double Bed ensuite

Hey there I'm hoping to find a replacement tenant for my student studio flat in Host Livin on city road. Lots of shops and amenities nearby, and only a 5-minute walk from Cardiff university Queen's buildings, and 15 minutes from the student's union.

The key features of this studio are: proper working fan oven!!! Good air ventilation, reasonably cozy, bike storage.
This room is on the ground floor, so no stairs to climb too.
The room is facing backwards so it's very quiet, and the window opens too.

The guy on the front desk called Jose is really friendly and helpful, which is a bonus. The room is easy to keep clean due to hard floors, and they don't seem to mind keeping a bicycle inside too!
There is good bicycle storage where I keep my bike too.

Contract is until the end of August.
