We have 2 rooms available in a 4 person house share in Cardiff, Cathays.
The larger room is my current room. This is a large amount of space to rent for only £425 pcm!! Moving out as I need to relocate for work.
can be flexible with move in dates of you may need it slightly later or sooner!
Room 2 is my flat mate’s who also needs to relocate due to work. It is a good space room.
The remaining house mates -
Ava , a working professional
Finn, a 3rd year student studying music production
Both are easy going, respectful housemates. Looking ideally for professionals due to council tax - however willing to consider students if you can contribute towards council tax!
Bills come to around 50-60 extra a month.
A great space & ideal location with bars & restaurants near, grocery stores also in walking distance as well as the city centre.
Rooms can be rented separately or friends / couples welcome to rent both rooms!
