Short-Term Room & Office - £100pw Bills Inc

I’m subletting my furnished double room while I'm away travelling.
It's available for a 6-week period from 06/01 to 17/02, with the potential for a flexible end date.

Rent is £100 per week, all bills included. The room is fully furnished and includes private access to a small office down the hall.
You’ll be sharing the rest of the house with two friendly adults (both good friends of mine) and one very sweet, well behaved 6-year-old. The house has a calm, family-friendly vibe.

This is a short-term lodger arrangement so is ideal for someone between places, on a short work placement, or needing a temporary base over winter.
Looking for someone clean, respectful, and chilled. No long contract, no deposit, just rent paid upfront and clear dates agreed.
