I (31, male) am looking for a new housemate as my current housemate has bought a house. The room coming available is a double room on a quiet street in Grangetown and will be available from January to September 2026.

It is partly furnished with a bed and mattress, and there may be an additional cupboard/clothes rack if my housemate doesn’t need them when she moves.

I work mainly from home and am looking for a housemate, ideally a working professional, who prefers a quiet, easygoing environment. The house is cosy, fully furnished and a 15 minute walk from the city centre. There is a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden. Parking is available on the street.

Rent is £580 a month including bills. No smokers or pets.
