House for rent

I’m moving out of this house and need someone to rent to get out of the lease. The landlord uses Northwood letting agents, the house has been cleaned by myself multiple times and is in really good condition and has recently had a few renovations and things replaced. Has allocated parking for 2 cars or vans, and also has on street parking with one spot right in front of the house that we use as well. Room 1 is a pretty big double room, we have the large double bed, a dresser, and nightstands that fit. The second room is a single room but we have a desk and dressers in there. Lovely quiet neighbours, and right by the train and a bus station. Doesn’t come with washer but we are willing to sell you our washer/dryer. It’s brand new as of 2 months ish and works amazing. Doesn’t come with a fridge/freezer upkept by landlord, but the landlord has left their own that will be yours including if you need to buy new ones for whatever reason. But those also have no issues
