House for rent

I’m moving out of this house and need someone to rent to get out of the lease. The landlord uses Northwood letting agents, the house has been cleaned by myself multiple times and is in really good condition and has recently had a few renovations and things replaced. Has allocated parking for 2 cars or vans, and also has on street parking with one spot right in front of the house that we use as well. Room 1 is a pretty big double room, we have the large double bed, a dresser, and nightstands that fit. The second room is a single room but we have a desk and dressers in there. Lovely quiet neighbours, and right by the train and a bus station.

For let January 1st or February 1st. will give you the landlords contact as they do require certain things such as specified income.

Bills: council tax ~200
Water £50 pm no meter
Gas/electric ~80

Comes with fridge and freezer to be home or by tenant

No washer dryer but we can sell you ours as it’s less than 5 months old and works really well.
