Cardiff/Cardiff Met/USW 2025/2026 Tenancy Takeover

Hi all,
I signed a contract with Bridge Street Exchange for the 2025/26 academic year, however due to personal circumstances, I'm unable to stay in Cardiff.
This is a student accommodation, in the heart of the city centre and you must be a full-time student to live there.
I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy which runs from September 2025 to 4th September 2026, so for the whole academic year. The length of stay cannot be shortened or made longer.

You would be paying two instalments on the following dates:
12 Jan 2026: £4,087.65
6 April 2026: £2,919.75
In total: £7,007.4
