I have a newly renovated, self-contained studio available in Cardiff (CF24), just a few minutes by bus or car to Cardiff City Centre and Cardiff Bay, with excellent transport links.

The studio is private with its own entrance but is attached to the main house via the back garden. It’s a cosy, well-designed space that’s ideal for someone who enjoys the feel of a social home while having their own private retreat.

The studio includes:
• A double bed
• Built-in storage
• A private wet room
• A kitchenette with fridge and basic amenities

Access to the main house features a very large shared kitchen and lounge area.

You’ll be living alongside:
- 27, male: a quiet, friendly guy who works full-time (hybrid, three days a week from home). Great company, mixes amazing drinks, brews fantastic coffee, and is an absolute weapon in the kitchen. Outdoorsy type who enjoys surfing, running and music events.

- 37, male: I’m usually in Cardiff during the week for work (hybrid working), but spend most weekends in London. If I’m not cooking I’m either chilling with the other housemate, our cats or both. My interests include spending way too much time on Fortnite, going to gigs or standup shows.

We’d especially be keen to live with someone who has similar interests.

The house has:
• A large shared kitchen with modern appliances
• A spacious living room with two sofas, PS5, Switch2, an extensive selection of board games and a 55-inch TV
• A large garden
• On-street parking (no permit needed)
• two very chilled, super friendly cats - so being cat-friendly is a must

The vibe:
Relaxed, friendly and clean. It’s a social house, but with plenty of space and respect for privacy.

• Available from 1 March 2026
• Rent: £550 per month (bills not included, usually around £120 per month)
