Hi, I’m a 32 year old female who works full time as a Nurse & I’m looking for a new housemate from the beginning of February 2026 to share with me a furnished 2 bedroom house just off City Rd.
Currently we’re paying £580 per person per month for rent. With water, electricity, wifi and council tax on top the total works out to be roughly £760 per person per month.
There’s residential parking permits available for street parking outside the house.
The house is located less than a 5 minute walk to City Rd, less than 10 min walk to Albany Rd & around a 25 min walk into the city centre. There’s also the number 9 bus which you can catch nearby that goes towards the international sports village or UHW.
Looking for someone who works full time & who does not work from home.
Also someone who is clean & tidy and who is respectful of me sometimes sleeping during the daytime after night shifts.
Furnishings are slightly different to the shown pictures.
The bedroom only comes with the bed & brown chest of drawers (not shown in picture) the white table, tall mirror & white storage boxes do not come with the room.
There is also a spare room downstairs which is used as a shared storage room for suitcases etc. (Last picture).
