The property is located just a 10-minute drive from the city centre, with a bus stop directly outside the house. There are plenty of local amenities within walking distance, including a hairdresser, barber, fish and chip shop, Co-op, corner store, and the oldest pub in Cardiff.

I’m easy-going and friendly — happy to chat, order a takeaway together, or give you your space if you prefer.

The property is being let on a short-term basis, as I will be moving and looking to sell. If we get on well, there is the potential to move with me to my new house in Cyncoed, around 8 minutes from here, which can be discussed.

Rent is £650 per month, with bills included.
