Beautiful Large Room in shared house near hospital

This is a wonderful room on the upper floor with large windows and loads of space. It has a new double bed and mattress and lovely wooden floors. It is the perfect location for both students and professionals, particularly those working at the hospital as it is within a 10 minute walking distance. The house is a lovely space with a garden and living room area and large it has a homely feel. The landlord is probably the best in Cardiff and has always cared a lot about the house and the people he has living in it. There are two bathrooms and street parking available as well as one parking spot at the back of the house. The other three boys living in the house are all lovely young professionals. Super easy going and friendly. The area the house is in is lovely with a very clean feel and a mix of young professionals, some students and families. It's a very safe area and has loads to offer in terms of cafe's and places to eat or get takeaways. There is a coop and Sainburys within a short walking distance as well as a corner shop about 50m from the house with the biggest selection of beers from across the world!
