The room is available from 17th January. The original contract runs from 17th September to 24th June (around 40 weeks), but the tenancy would be taken over from the date you move in. Once I move out, the contract transfers to you.

Rent is £171.78 per week and all bills are included 🛜

The room is en-suite, fully furnished, and a good size with lots of storage space including drawers, cupboards and wardrobe space. The flat also has a large kitchen with plenty of counter and storage space 🍽️

The flat is shared with four other undergraduate students and is mixed gender. It’s a social flat but still respectful and easy to live in 🙂

Location wise, it’s about a 15 minute walk to the main university buildings, around 25 minutes to Heath Park campus 📍

This is a straightforward tenancy takeover through Cardiff University accommodation, and it must be a Cardiff University undergraduate due to accommodation rules.
