Central location in cathays, a 10 minute walk from the city centre, 5 minute walk to cardiff university main campus and 25 minute walk through the park to cardiff met llandaff campus (also easily accessible by bus on rainy days).

The house is all girls ages 21-25 studying art or psychology, with students from both universities.

Students only - no council tax

Officially available from 1st July 2026 but could let from the end of may onwards but would have extra paperwork involved.
