A bright, well-sized double room with a private ensuite available in a clean, well-kept home. The room is fully furnished and ideal for a professional looking for a comfortable, quiet place to live.

The flat has off-street parking and is close to town, with easy access to all the shops on Newport Road. There is also plenty of parking on the road outside the property. (I don't use the parking space so there is access to this if needed) There is also a regular bus route into town, making commuting into Cardiff straightforward. The bus stop on Newport road is a 5 minute walk followed by a 10 minute bus into town.

You’d be sharing with me. I'm a working professional who is usually out during the day for work or at the gym. I’m fairly active, enjoy sports and socialising, and often head back to the Valleys some weekends, so the house is often quiet. Enjoy watching sports, music and going to the cinema.

I’m looking for a respectful, tidy, and reliable person who is happy in a relaxed, friendly home. Ideally suited to someone working full-time who values their own space as well as a calm living environment.
