I have a newly refurbished house on Theodora street. The house is available for professionals in full time employment only. It is located 10 / 15 minutes walk from the city centre.

The house has a large integrated central Kitchen with an American fridge / Freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dish washer, two double ovens and a grilled microwave.

All rooms come with a private bathroom, a double bed, flat screen TV, a wardrobe, a mini kitchenette and a bedside tables with a lamp.

The room is available to rent on individual tenancy agreements.

Bills are not included in the rent but they come as follow:
Council tax & TV licence: £75.00 PCM
Gas / electricity: £85.00 PCM.
Water Bill: £25.00 PCM
