Large room in lovely house- 2 min walk to Hospital

Short-term let (March 2026 - end July 2026) in a beautiful family home. Less than a 2 minute walk to University Hospital for Wales, right next to a beautiful park, and an easy commute into the city centre by bike, car or bus.

We're a 35 year old couple (one works in renewable energy, the other's a doctor). Work travel has meant we're not at home as much as we'd like to be this year and we're looking to share our spare rooms with professionals in search of somewhere comfortable.

There are 4 rooms available for let, with a large shared living/dining area with ample space to cook, eat and relax. One bedroom is en-suite, and the other rooms share a spacious bathroom (with separate bath and shower), plus an additional downstairs toilet. The house has a lovely garden with outdoor seating for when the weather is nice.

The rental price comes inclusive of all utilities and council tax. We will have a cleaner for the shared areas.

The property has been fully tenanted for six months and is occupied until 26th February 2026. The photos were taken before the property was rented, whilst we were still home. The house is still fully furnished, but some of the sofas etc are different. Each bedroom will have a double or larger bed and clothes storage.

The open-plan kitchen has 2x fridge/freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle and nespresso machine. This big space also has a sofa and dining table.

Viewings prior to our tenants move out at the end of Feb will be tricky (but we might be able to coordinate a date!), but we can potentially still reserve rooms if you're interested.
