We’re looking for a new flatmate from 6/7th March to take over my tenancy.
🌳This is a double room in beautiful Roath, just 30 seconds walk away from Roath Park and 10 minute walk to Wellfield Road, with loads of cute cafes, Tesco, sainsburys, charity shops and more!
📍Bus stop outside the house which gets you into town in 15 mins.
🛌 This is a huge, gorgeous double room overlooking the street, the biggest room in the house. We have two bathrooms for 5 of us. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, and 2 drawers. Such a great room for the price!
💸 It’s £460 per month with bills coming to around £88
👯♀️We are a lovely, sociable and chill house with 1 guy and 3 girls. We love a pub, a gig, or movie night and watch traitors together! Looking for someone clean, chill and sociable who would fit in with the household.
