The patio doors in the dining area open out into the courtyard garden which gets the sun most of the day :)
There are several planters in the garden - feel free to grow your own veg!

There are two bathrooms (one downstairs shower room and an upstairs bathroom).

LOCATION

The house is in ideal location off the Taff Trail in Cardiff approx 10-15 minute walk in one direction to the city/Cardiff Central and just a 10-15 minute walk along the river to Cardiff Bay which is perfect for afterwork walks and beers.

There is parking on the street outside the house (permits not required).

There are several shops nearby including Tesco and Clare Foods store. Further afield is the Grangetown retail park.

The tenancy agreement is a 6 months joint tenancy agreement and bills are to be paid separately by tenants.
