This "Deluxe Plus En-Suite" student accommodation room is conveniently located in Cardiff city centre, within walking distance to shopping malls, M&S, the train station, and most faculties of Cardiff University and the University of South Wales. The room is very clean and very new because no one has lived in it since September, so you can move in easily without having to do any cleaning.

The room is located on the 10th floor, with a nice view of the city. There is a private bathroom, a small double bed, and a large desk. The kitchen is shared with 4 other flatmates, with ample storage space.

The student housing features many amenities, including a gym, a laundry room, bicycle storage space, and many self-study and entertainment spaces. The apartment also offers many entertainment and cultural activities, and social opportunities.

There will be a transfer of the rental agreement with the landlord so that your rights as a tenant will be protected. The room is available starting from today until 4th September 2026, and the tenant is expected to take over the entire tenancy (or the majority of it). The price is 175 per week (the same price as in the original contract with the apartment), but it is negotiable if you take over the entire tenancy.
